​    There is nothing better than knowing a student that does the dream research projects in the area you are most interested in. In the Research Student Mentor Program, we try to pair prospective research students with a current research students in the same field.

 

• Get to know what is like in the insider's perspective

• Share information with each other in the field

• Help new students adapt to the research field

• Spread the passion, pass on the torch!

• Build networks and have a research buddy!

• Highlight this leadership/mentorship experience in your resume: not only were you patient enough to do research at school, you also volunteered to mentor other students with your expertise and leadership capability!
